The project proposes a new residential complex located on the shore of Lake Grivita, in the northern area of Bucharest. The construction is divided into five buildings with decreasing heights from the street to the lake. The ground floor is intended for parking, while the apartments are located from the first floor up, facing the lake and with access from an open lane.
