The purpose of investment consists in the rehabilitation and architectural design/planning of the Astra Movie Theater to upgrade the functioning of specific activities to present standards. The main functions are cinema , performance hall with dining area and conference room.

The project's objective is the execution of consolidation works, repairs of the interior and exterior finishes, roof restoring, replacement of window joinery, interior rearrangement and fire safety measures.
