The investment involves the construction of three indoor shelters and two outdoor spaces with water basins (approx. 1000 sqm / 600 cubic meters) and land areas in order to host specimens of penguins(20 individuals), seals(2 individuals) and sea lions( 4 individuals).

The construction consists in reinforced concrete structure and decoration elements that resemble those found in the natural environment of the species, complete with a highly complex system of life support, purification and recirculation of the water and the air from the tanks and interior spaces.
