The objective of the investment is the repair, modernization and energy efficiency of the existing building with the function of hospital.

The project involved:

• consolidation works, roof repairs, enveloping and replacement of the exterior joinery
• interior partitions and restoration of interior finishes
• functional upgrade and authorization for fire safety
• replacement of the installation systems
