The project is a mixed-use development located in the northern part of Bucharest, near the Aviation Museum. It consists of four buildings with thirteen above-ground floors and two basements. The underground levels are dedicated to parking lots and technical spaces, while the ground floor and the first floor are for commercial spaces and offices. The ground floor also features a swimming pool with a SPA center. The apartments are located from the second to the twelfth floor and will have access to a common terrace on the ninth floor.
