Residential building in Bucharest

The project is a mixed-use development located in the northern part of Bucharest, near the Aviation Museum. It consists of four buildings with thirteen above-ground floors and two basements. The underground levels are dedicated to parking lots and technical spaces, while the ground floor and the first floor are for commercial spaces and offices. The ground floor also features a swimming pool with a SPA center. The apartments are located from the second to the twelfth floor and will have access to a common terrace on the ninth floor.

"Astra" Movie Theater

The purpose of investment consists in the rehabilitation and architectural design/planning of the Astra Movie Theater to upgrade the functioning of specific activities to present standards.

The main functions are cinema, performance hall with dining area and conference room.

The project's objective is the execution of consolidation works, repairs of the interior and exterior finishes, roof restoring, replacement of window joinery, interior rearrangement and fire safety measures.
